PURSUANT to Section 10A of the Stamp Duty Act (Cap 480) and the Stamp Duty (Valuation of immovable Property) Regulations, 2020, the Chief Government Valuer, appoints the following Valuers (See attached file) in private practice to carry out valuation for stamp duty with immediate effect.
Note: All appointed Valuers and other stakeholders are expected to adhere to the regulations, the Valuers Act, and Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
