Mr Mbogo is the Director of Planning (Central Planning and Projects Monitoring Unit). He holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and BA (Economics and Statistics) from Kenyatta University. He has served in the Ministry of Agriculture, Office of the President, Home Affairs, Ministry of Immigration and Ministry of Education. He is a member of the Economic Society of Kenya (ESK).
