Mr Njogu is a State Counsel and head of the Legal Unit in the ministry. He previously worked in the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports, Culture and Arts and in the litigation department of the Office of the Attorney General (14 years). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and Bachelor’s in Commerce (BCom) from the University of Poona as well as a diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
