Conducted by government valuers upon request from ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs), the process involves reviewing ownership documents, asset registers, and site plans, often followed by physical inspection.

Accurate valuation of public assets ensures proper accountability, aids in decision-making, and supports transparency and efficiency in the management of government property.

Requirements: MDAs' request letter, asset register, ownership documents.

Charges: 50% of the valuer’s scale of fees
