Lands Officers from Northern Kenya Undergo Training on National Stamp Duty Module

‎Lands officers from counties in northern Kenya have undergone training on the new National Stamp Duty Module (NSDM) as part of measures to streamline the collection of stamp duty.
‎The officers from Isiolo, Marsabit, Wajir, Garissa, Laikipia, Samburu, and Mandera counties gathered in Isiolo for the training which has been running from Monday, September 1st, 2025, and will close on Friday, September 5th, 2025.

‎The NSDM, which is part of the Ardhisasa ecosystem, is designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in the assessment and collection of stamp duty.
‎This initiative is a major step in strengthening land administration systems across counties and is designed to create smoother and more reliable services.
