Ministry of Lands Conducts Vetting of CS Performance Contract for FY 2025/2026

NAIROBI, July 23, 2025
The Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development today conducted a vetting exercise for the Cabinet Secretary’s Performance Contract for the 2025/2026 financial year.
The session, held at Transcom House and chaired by Public Works PS Joel Arumonyang, aimed to align the contract with the Ministry’s Workplan and Strategic Goals. Mr. Maalim Mohammed (Secretary Administration) led the team from the State Department for Lands and Physical Planning that included Director Central Planning and Project Monitoring Unit (CPPMU) Mr. Cyrus Mbogo and other senior officers.
Officials from the Public Service Performance Management Unit (PSPMU), led by Deputy Director Wilson Ng’ang’a, guided the process.
The exercise reinforces the Ministry’s commitment to results-based performance and improved service delivery.
