President Ruto issues 42,000 title deeds in Kitui County

MAKINDU, November 13th, 2025

President William Ruto today issued more than 42,000 title deeds in several locations in Kitui County. The President, who is on an official tour of Ukambani Counties issued 15,000 title deeds in Mwingi North while another 7500 for Mwingi East are ready for issuance.
 

The President, who was accompanied by Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, issued another 15,000 title deeds at Ikutha in Kitui South Constituency. Another 4276 title deeds for Kitui East are ready for issuance. During his tour of the County, the President launched the construction of several roads and also announced new electricity projects.
 

The President was accompanied by Cabinet Secretaries Hon. Alice Wahome (Lands), Davis Chirchir (Roads) and Principal Secretary Generali Nixon Korir (Lands and Physical Planning) among others.
