Registration of Vesting Orders

Description: The registration of vesting orders involves officially recording court-issued directives that transfer ownership of property without the need for a traditional conveyance process.

These orders are typically issued in situations such as estate settlements, company restructuring, or legal redress, where the court deems it appropriate to directly vest property rights in an individual or entity.

By registering a vesting order, the new ownership is formally recognized in the land records, ensuring the legal validity of the transfer and providing a clear, enforceable record of the change in title.

Requirements: Court order, valuation report, proof of stamp duty payment, ID/passport, PIN certificate, 2 passport-size photos.

Charges: Kshs. 1,000
