State Department for Lands and Physical Planning Partners with CAJ to Strengthen Complaint Handling and Information Access
The Commission on Administrative Justice is conducting a sensitization for the State Department for Lands and Physical Planning on the Access to Information Act 2016.
The three day forum will also focus on effective ways of handing complaints.
The Secretary Administration Mr Maalim Mohamed thanked the CAJ for invaluable training and capacity- building support extended to team.
"This initiative will significantly enhance our understanding and handling of public complaints and we look forward to continued collaboration towards strengthening public service and promoting administrative Justice across the sector," said the SA.
