Leonard Maritim is the Director ICT at State Department for Lands and Physical Planning. Mr. Maritim is an accomplished ICT professional with a career spanning more than 18 years. He has honed his expertise in the public sector having worked at The Ministry of Energy, Office of Director of Public Prosecution, The National Treasury, State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunications among others and has worked for The Government of South Sudan on secondment under IGAD program.

Leonard’s vast experience encompasses a range of responsibilities including policy development, systems integration, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

He holds a Master’s degree in data communications from KCA University, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

He has also undertaken leadership courses such as the Senior Management Course (SMC) and Strategic Leadership Program (SLDP).
