Ministry initiates legal reforms, enactment of laws
- The Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 came into force on August 5, 2019;
- Land Value (Amendment) Act of August 16, 2019;
- Business Laws (Amendment) Act, 2019 was assented to by the President on March 18, 2020; and
- Sectional Properties Act, 2019 came into force on December 11, 2020.
