President William Ruto today presided over the issuing of 5000 title deeds in Ruiri Rwarera in Meru County and another 1000 in Etoro Ltungai in Ngaremara Sub County, Isiolo North.
The President was accompanied by his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua. Other leaders who were with the President included Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development Cabinet Secretary Zachariah Njeru, Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen, Lands and Physical Planning PS Generali Nixon Korir among others leaders.
President Ruto said his Government is committed to see that the country’s economy thrives
“Today I have issued 5000 title deeds to Ruiri Rwarera residents in Meru County. I shall come back with more than 80,000 titles before the end of the year,” said President.
President Ruto spoke about development issues in Isiolo and Meru Counties, including public security, food security, roads, water, education, markets among others.
While speaking in Isiolo County, the President said on top of the 1086 title deeds issued today to the people of Ngaremara, he assured the residents that he shall issue them with another 7000 before the end of the year.
In his remarks CS Njeru said his Ministry is committed to see that Kenyans across the country are issued with their title deeds.
” My Ministry is working tirelessly to issue as many title deeds as possible across the country,” said CS Njeru.
Meru Governor Kawira Mwangaza, Meru Senator Murungi Kathuri, Isiolo Governor Abdi Guyo, Buuri MP Rindikiri Mugambi, Isiolo Senetor Fatuma Dullo were also present among other leaders.
The leaders called upon Kenyans to work with the Government for the development of the country.
