CPA Antony Barasa Masinde is the Chief Finance Officer, State Department for Lands and Physical Planning.

Prior to joining the State Department, he worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education where he gained a vast wealth of experience in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Accounting & Reporting in the Public Sector for over 18 years.

He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant [CPA(K)] and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) of good standing.
