Egyptian Ambassador to Kenya Wael Nasreldin Attiya today paid a courtesy call on CS Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development Zachariah Njeru

The two officials spoke about cooperation between Kenya and Egypt and agreed to share lessons on affordable housing.

CS Njeru, who was joined by Housing Secretary Athman Said, noted that Kenya is very willing to learn from Egypt in order to make the affordable housing program better.

Ambassador Nasreldin said Egypt has been able to decrease the unemployment percentage by half from 14 percent to 7 percent in 5 years time.
