The Ministry of Lands & Physical Planning in conjunction with the County Government of Kiambu is conducting an exercise to resolve the mismatch of the Registry Index Maps (RIM) and the ground occupation of this block.
To conclude this process, all individuals with plots in the block are requested to present the following documents to the Ruiru Land Registry;
- Original certificates of leases
- Subdivision scheme approvals
- Certificate of ownership
- Certified copies of IDs and KRA Pin
The exercise started on Monday, 19 April 2021 and will end on Friday, 30 April 2021. Visit the Ruiru Lands Registry from 9am — 3pm.
New leases will be issued based on the new Registry Index Maps.
All persons visiting the Lands Registry must follow all COVID-19 regulations to be served.
